# The Rounds: Ellis County, Texas

> What's on in Ellis County, Texas this week: events, high school football, kids, live music, restaurants, churches and answers for new residents. Every listing carries the date we checked it and the page we checked it against. Every page starts with today and looks ahead 7 days, rebuilt every morning.

Updated every morning: each upcoming event is re-checked against its organizer's page, new ones are added from organizers' own calendars, and past ones come down. Last check Fri Oct 30, 2026. Towns covered: Waxahachie, Midlothian, Red Oak, Ennis, Ovilla, Ferris, Palmer, Maypearl, Italy.
Listings are free. Paid placements are labeled Sponsored or Member and never change a ranking or a Reader pick.
Times are Central (America/Chicago). If a listing says "From" a source, we copied it and have not confirmed it with the organizer yet.
