Willow Park voters will see two city questions: Proposition A, whether to adopt a Home Rule Charter, and Proposition B, whether the city may issue up to $10,110,000 in certificates of obligation for water, sewer, street and drainage work. Prop B is on the ballot because residents petitioned for a vote. We don't take sides. The Aledo Ledger's election page has the details.
