Can I pay to be on a list or ranked higher?

No. The lists, Reader picks and voting info are never for sale.

How will I know it worked?

Your button link is tagged, so your own website stats show the visits that came from The Rounds.

Can I cancel?

Yes, online, anytime, from Manage your plan at the bottom of this page. A monthly plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. Nothing renews after you cancel.
