Washington votes by mail. Return your ballot to a King County drop box by 8:00p on Tuesday, Nov 3. Kirkland has three: by City Hall in the Wester parking lot (drive-up), at Big Finn Hill Park (drive-up, enter from 84th Ave NE) and at Kingsgate Library.
