The county ballot has City Council races in Districts 1, 3, 4 and 6 and Measure H, a General Plan amendment that would sharply cut the number of homes the city zones for. The city is also running its own separate election on Measures P, Q and R, which deal with council term limits, by-district voting and open-government rules. We don't take sides. The city's election page has the details.

Measure H's summary and the topics of P, Q and R are from LAist. The city's own ballot for P, Q and R is separate from the county ballot.
