4:00p, Ashton Gardens at Thanksgiving Point, 3900 N Garden Drive, Lehi. Ten million lights across 50 acres of Ashton Gardens, with timed tickets every 15 minutes. Closed Sundays, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Outlets at Traverse Mountain, 3700 N Cabelas Blvd, Lehi. Santa visits through Christmas Eve, and the Gingerbread Hunt runs Nov 21 to Dec 31: pick up a map at Customer Service and find 12 gingerbread characters for a prize.

6:00p to 8:00p, Highland City Hall and Town Center Splash Pad, 5400 W Civic Center Drive, Highland, Free. Santa arrives at the Splash Pad at 6:00p, then visits in the City Hall lobby. Kids can meet his reindeer, and there is free hot chocolate, donuts and a countdown tree lighting.

6:30p, Saratoga Springs City Hall, 319 S Saratoga Road, Saratoga Springs. Santa arrives at 6:30p to light the tree, then fireworks. Visit Santa inside City Hall, ride the Christmas Train, and see crafts, live music and the Gingerbread Lane house contest. New location this year: City Hall.

Tue 3:00p to 9:00p; Wed to Fri 12:00p to 9:00p, Stake center next to the Timpanogos Temple, 850 N 900 E, American Fork, Free. Hundreds of nativities from around the world, live music, a children's room and a live shadow nativity in the evenings.

Mountain America Expo Center, 9575 State St, Sandy. Hundreds of decorated trees and displays, all to benefit Intermountain Primary Children's Hospital. Tickets go on sale Nov 1 with early bird pricing through Black Friday.

7:00p to 9:00p, Cedar Haven Ranch, 8803 N Cedar Fort Cir, Eagle Mountain, $16.30, kids under 17 free. Local singer-songwriters play originals and Christmas songs outdoors. Bring camp chairs and blankets; hot chocolate bar, food truck and kids crafts.

7:00p, American Fork Junior High auditorium, 20 W 1120 N, American Fork, Free. The community chorale sings carols, hymns and Christmas classics. It also sings Mon Dec 14 at 7:00 p.m. in the American Fork Library atrium.

7:00p, The Valentine Theatre, 839 E 900 N, American Fork, $15 to $20. The country trio's 20th year of Christmas story songs and carols with video and humor.

Utah's Hogle Zoo, Salt Lake City. The zoo's holiday lights on select nights, a separate ticket from daytime admission.
