Who you are buying from
The Rounds is a service of Good Plans Capital LLC. When you buy a placement, you are buying it from Good Plans Capital LLC. Write to us at the email address in every Thursday email.
What you are buying
A spot on The Rounds website for the edition you pick: a Member card for your business ($29 a month), a Member card with a reader deal ($44 a month), a Member Spotlight ($99 a month), the agent spot on a town's Living in page ($149 a month for each town), or a featured event ($35 once). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Paying never buys a place on the lists, in Reader picks or in the event listings, and never changes a fact on a page.
Billing
You pay by card through Stripe. Monthly plans are charged the day you buy and on the same day each month after that. A featured event is charged once. We never see or keep your full card number.
If we change a price, we tell you at least 30 days before your next charge.
When it starts
A person looks at every placement before it goes up, usually within a day of payment, to check it follows the rules below. If we can't run it, we refund it in full. A featured event shows on its own days.
Canceling
Cancel any time, online, from Manage your plan on the Advertise page. Your placement runs to the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
We don't refund part of a month.
If we can't put your placement up, or we take it down for a reason that isn't a broken rule, we refund the days you didn't get. If the organizer cancels a featured event before its day, ask and we refund it in full.
If we take a placement down because it breaks a rule below, we don't refund that month.
Your words and photo
You confirm you have the right to use the words, photo and links you send us, and you let us show them on The Rounds and in the Thursday email while your placement runs. We may crop or resize a photo and fix a typo. We won't change what you say without asking.
The rules
Every paid spot is labeled Member or Sponsored.
No claims readers didn't vote for, like "best" or "number one."
Agent cards hold facts about the agent, the brokerage and the license only. Nothing about who lives in a place or who a place is right for (fair housing).
Nothing false, misleading or illegal. We can turn down or take down any placement that breaks these rules.
No promises about results
We don't promise a number of views, clicks, calls or customers.
The fine print
If something goes wrong, the most Good Plans Capital LLC owes you is what you paid us in the 3 months before. These terms follow Texas law. If we change them, the new terms apply to your next charge, and we tell you first.
