Most of what she writes about is facial balancing in Fort Worth: looking at the whole face in thirds, then treating the cause of a concern rather than the spot where you notice it. Supporting a cheek, for example, can soften a smile line without filling the line itself. She assesses the whole face but usually treats one or two areas at a time, and sometimes the recommendation is skin work, Botox, or nothing at all.
Firmer gels go deep along the bone and softer ones go in areas that move. For gradual collagen building she uses Sculptra and Radiesse, sometimes alongside filler. She keeps a photo record and a written note of which product went where, so the next visit builds on the last.
