Delaware County Auditor effective residential rates for tax year 2025. Ohio taxes 35% of a home's market value, so each effective mill costs $35 a year per $100,000 of value. Credits and exemptions, such as the homestead exemption, lower the bill. In Ohio, cities and villages levy the municipal income tax, and unincorporated Orange Township is neither; parts of 43035 inside Columbus pay a different property rate (district 46).
